Basic Changes in model and table

1. in Table create queries 
- take sc from live or local (describe table_name;)
- upload in chat.openai.com at migration project's create query chat

2. in Model props 
- replace above in fillable and methods (By search&replace)
- extends BaseTenantModel (if any table have tenant_id or storing for every client's data)

- for ClientBranches its already in App\Tenant\ClientBranches
